We came here to do a routine exam and cleaning only. Had the exam done then they tell us that we could not get a basic cleaning, that was illegal and had to pay for a $250 deep cleaning. After that, they told us it required a pre-authorization for the cleaning procedure. We waited weeks without ever getting calls back or any messages with an answer. During the appointment the staff were only focused on other patients and did not want to deal with us or the problem and called the Police to let them deal with it. For whatever reason that they felt that it was ok to treat people like that, it really isn't right to make families especially with children to go through something like that.Get a second opinion from a Dental office that actually cares and values you as their own patient. Not for your money, and accepts most insurance plans and doesn’t offer groupons and not honor them.

I've been dealing with VistaView for about a year now, trying to get an upper partial made, and it’s been nothing but a frustrating and waste of time. After the initial measurements, the lab they used couldn’t seem to get it right. Every 1-2 months, I’d have to go back for new measurements because the partial would either not fit or be painful. I missed work and missed other important plans just to attend these appointments, only to find out each time that the partial still wasn’t right. After more than 10 appointments and a year of this back-and-forth, they finally admitted that the lab wasn’t able to make it correctly, and there was nothing more they could do because the lab never gets it right.When I requested a refund, the ordeal continued. They initially promised to refund me in a month, but it ended up taking 4-5 months, with constant excuses like "there's a new manager" or "we’re waiting on permission." When I finally received the refund, it was only 42% of what I had paid because they claimed the rest went toward lab fees and scans. I met with Dr. Mohammad Zareh to discuss this, and he was dismissive, cutting me off while I explained my concerns, and was very unprofessional. He offered me three options: implants, redoing the partial if I paid again, or just accepting the partial refund. When I asked for reassurance that the partial would work this time, he couldn’t guarantee anything and even suggested I take my business elsewhere. And I honestly do not want to work with a place that do not know their outcomes. After this experience, I have no trust left in them and would never go back for future dental work.I will never recommend anyone to go this place. Very unprofessional and never do as they promise. They take your money and time and blame you afterwards if their work does not go as planned but never admit their mistakes.

The people in the office are incredibly friendly, especially Kevin—he was extremely helpful. I also love Dr. Rassool! She is so kind and always attentive to your dental needs.

My family and I will never come here again! I was double charged for my initial cleaning on my first treatment visit. I paid for it on my CC and I was double charged for the same cleaning on my dental card plan I set up at that time for the other services I needed. That was in October 2023. It is now July 2024, I still haven't been refunded my money. I initially brought it to the attention of the staff, was told I'd receive a refund in 2-3 weeks, and never received it. I have been reaching out over and over to the office and even to their finance manager, Kevin. I have been told repeatedly that I will be receiving my refund in 2-3 weeks, but it never happens. I submitted documents showing I was double charged. They admitted I was double charged, but they refuse to give me my money back. Don't go here!!!
