Both my husband and I have visited this office. Both times we had the same experience. The dentist is very knowledgeable and friendly. But once you get to the billing part, it goes down hill quickly. I've heard the woman we dealt with is the dentists wife. Very unclear on what is covered & what isnt. She will tell you one thing & a minute later tell you something different. If you try to ask questions, she will talk over you & is evasive. I'm sure she has some knowledge of dental procedures but it's as if she wants to be the dentist. She was suggesting treatments plans that were the opposite of what the dentist had just told us. Very very confusing!! If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, this is not the place for you. The lady doing the billing will make your head explode.
