We’d been patients here for several years and I never thought I had any issues to be concerned about. Our family got cleanings pretty regularly and when x-rays were suggested we always said yes. So when we moved and went to a new dentist, it was a complete and total shock to find that not only I had cavities but so does my 8-year old, who has been seeing the dentist every 6 months since she was 4. Furious is not even the right word. To hear from another dentist that this should have been discussed and that forthcoming treatments should have been evident at my and my daughter’s last appointments … I don’t know what to say. Not to mention the placement and depth of the cavities in my daughter, this was seemingly in the works more than 6 months ago.At my daughter’s last cleaning, the doctor and I had a difference of opinion on whether or not my daughter should be seeing an ortho for treatment at all. I thought at the time that this was strange, since she has several issues in her mouth that are currently benefiting from early intervention treatment.The hygienists are very personable and friendly, and the procedures I have had done went fine without pain. However, I can’t get past that half my family literally has a mouthful of cavities that seem to have been in development past regular cleaning intervals without us being aware.Unfortunately this is an unhappy ending for my family, and I couldn’t say I recommend this office with confidence.
