Today, my children and I had our new patient appointments at Northpointe Dental, and I'm so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile at every turn. Ashley was amazing with both kids (1 who's a chatterbox, the other who's not), explaining every step to them and answering every question. Then Tracy took me on. She was incredibly kind and made my insecurities all but disappear. Finally, Dr. Waggle reviewed each of us. His relaxed yet confident demeanor sealed the deal. He wasn't an alarmist, but thanks to his vast experience, where necessary, he had a plan of action. Dr. Waggle and his wonderful team of hygienists are the real deal.

12/2/24Father-in-law had a maintenance schedule. Arrived, called back within 15 minutes, came out with his goody bag 😀, appt. Card taped to the bag so I know when to bring him back.. truly that simple. If your looking for a all around good dentist/ staff this is the place. We have been coming here shortly after is stroke in 2015. In the beginning stages of after care they were wonderful to work with, they aloud me back there at first till I became comfortable with his care. My husband had his insurance provider through his employer changed which caused us to switch dentist. Unsure of where to go I asked my daughter in law where they went and if they were happy. She said Dr. Waggle. And that they were very pleased. We've never had such a great experience at our previous dentists as we did with Dr. Waggle and his entire staff!We can't wait to build a relationship for years to come to Dr. Waggle. An unfortunate situation turned into a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a wonderful family orientated practice!!!

As a New patient, the first time being there, I was very comfortable with the dental assistant and Doctor Waggle himself. They are very up to date on all technology. The receptionist was right on top of my insurance, forms and scheduling. The office is at a great location with alot of parking. All n all I'm very satisfied.
