This is my second time going to this dental clinic. The recipient is very sweet and caring. The hygienist ,Jenny, did a great job with deep cleaning of my teeth. She is very patient and explained every concern of my gums and teeth. Definitely recommend this place.

The older Asian woman working as a hygienist here is pushing the debunked claim that calcium intake, both from diet and from supplementing, increases plaque buildup. I told her I'm taking supplements under my GP's supervision and have my bloodwork done biannually. This woman knows nothing of my medical history but insisted I should stop taking calcium and cut down my vitamin D3 intake as well, without knowing my dosage or blood levels. Even after I told her I'm here to get my teeth cleaned not argue about vitamins and that the conversation was over as far as I was concerned she persisted to the point that I had to walk out and rebook. This was all before she'd even started the cleaning!Update - I referred to the staff members identifying characteristics specifically so that others can be cautioned in their dealings with her and avoid taking directions that could possibly have dire health consequences (ie for a senior - yes, age can be relevant), not to disparage her. I will take my dental care needs elsewhere in future.

What a great experience at Lonsdale Dental Centre. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed- very warm, friendly and welcoming team. The hygiene appointment with Luella was exceptional, she is very thorough, gentle and friendly. I highly recommend!!

Dr. Roshanak is truly one of the best doctors I have ever met. She is not only highly professional but also incredibly caring and attentive. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and listened to all my concerns with patience and empathy. Her expertise and dedication are evident, and I always leave feeling confident and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Roshanak to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.

I came to this clinic for dental care and general check-up before the summer vacation.They told me that I had a cavity in one of my teeth and that a filling was needed. However, when I looked at the panoramic and other dental images, I was not sure about this. I had no complaints.Still, I trusted Dr. Soni and had my dental filling and care done.My toothaches that never went away after 3 months ruined my life. When I went again, he changed the filling material, but my problem did not get better.Especially when I went last, he did not inject the anesthesia correctly, I felt the procedures in my tooth. Because as someone who works in the pharmaceutical industry, I know very well where this injection should be made. Even though I had to go to him a third time because he made a high filling in my tooth, he could not fix this problem either.I can say that it was the worst dental experience I have ever had. Another month has passed since the 3rd check-up and my tooth is still bad.
