Never met the doctor but the environment is below one ⭐.the receptionist needs customers service training!!! While waiting for about 39 min or so I noticed only one staff member was productive. Never saw in my life a staff member working in surgery center cleaning bathroom and then working outside throwing away a limbs of evergreen bushes in the scrubs.I am pretty she was told to do all of that work. I also have another mistreatment complains that I addressed with Hartford healthcare and Husky insurance group and Attorney General.
Oct 14, 2024 · Grace KnuthTook my daughter to get 2 teeth pulled and James Ear tried to save us money by telling us if we come back Thursday he'd pull my daughter's molars and wisdom teeth and she'll be asleep instead of charging us for nitrous for today's visit. We declined just because we wanted him to have a nice steak dinner. lol. Now what dentist tries to save you money? He sure did. Very honest!My daughter really wanted the molars out because one was bothering her so bad but come to find out he could only pull one and couldn't pull the other without her being under. Came back Thursday to have that last molar and her wisdom teeth pulled and everything went smoothly. Staff was great. The office staff all work great together. Highly recommend.
May 31, 2024 · LoriI needed like 8 bottom teeth. However everytime another dentist pulled one the infection would move to the next tooth. I got a referral for him. He was amazing. He agreed it would be dumb to save the 6 or whatever teeth I was told were not too bad and he set a date and put me under general anesthesia. He made sure I felt no pain. I still was in pain and actually got dry socket from smoking about a week after. I guess the way to fix it is to reopen it up clean and close it up... He is amazing and one of the few Dr's left that actually make sure you are as pain free as possible. He warned me my gums would shift and harden and might make my smile different. Nope I don't regret it at all. It's been about two years, he wouldn't pull all my tops because he wanted to save them. I was upset but I know he did what he thought was best. I had another dentist pull them and it was hell. Barely got medication no laughing gas or anesthesia but now two years later I can eat anything but nuts. I dont wear the dentures because they make me talk weird and I just don't like them. However no one has ever noticed I have zero teeth unless I tell them. Helps I have always had a closed smile 😆 but he was and is amazing!!!!
Jun 18, 2024 · Emily CallahanI am really disappointed at this office. I got a referral here and I travel 40 minutes to get there this was last month for my first appointment. I went there and the lady that took care of me short black hair said that they are backed up due to an emergency and they do not know how long I will be waiting for. The office was so full and I understood but at the same time they should be able to call patients and let them know. I worked for an office I I make sure I take care of my peoples. I reschedule and came back yesterday 07/08. I forgot to bring my referral form and the blonde lady that assist me yesterday was just letting me know that without it I won’t be able to do anything so I called my dentist office so they can forward that information to her and they told me they did. She told me if you haven’t received it by 2pm call them back so I did and they said they resend it again so I let her know that it was resend and than she says that I’m gonna have to reschedule my appointment. I got upset and disappointed because she’s telling me I have to reschedule and that I only had 15 minutes to get the referral. When she never stated that I have 15 minutes to get that done. So I told her that this is the 2nd time I come here I don’t wanna reschedule and that why. she’s telling me that now when she told me to wait until 2pm and asked them again to resend the form.The other assistant that helped me the first time comes here that I hd to leave. She’s getting into the conversation saying that that’s out policy ect.. she had a tone, sliding with an attitude and accused me of doing bullying to the blonde lady who was assisting me. I thought that was wrong for her to accused me of doing that. that is not a way to talk to costumers. I kept the conversation with the blonde lady and I said okay I will reschedule but the other short lady with black hair keep talking over us and kept going at me for no reason just So unprofessional and I told her if she can be quite because I was trying to reschedule my appointment and she kept going at me talking over with no manners and just unprofessional and I still don’t understand why? People should not be treated that way no matter what I feel offended and treated wrong by being accused of something like that. when I was just upset do to the situation of them telling me one thing and than switching to cancel my appointment. The first time and the worse experience I ever had. Not sure why I was recommended here but I wish I can speak to a manager because that was handle so wrong and unprofessional.
