I am the most anxious dental patient that there is. Andrea the secretary Was so kind and caring, and I explained to her how anxious and scared I was, and she reassured me and promised me everything would be OK and that everyone in the office would be understanding as to how anxious I . She walked me through all the paperwork. Their nurse/dental hygienist Lee was unbelievably patient, caring, calm and loving! She made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and at ease through the entire beginning process of my first appointment. I cannot say enough about Dr. Grillo (the son) He was so understanding, kind, loving, patient, easy to explain everything that would be happening, took his time never made me feel, rushed and made me feel completely welcome in the practice. He explained every single thing that would be happening throughout the appointment and then made me feel better about insurance and the insurance didn’t cover a portion what would happen. I have a serious amount of work ahead of me and it is the first time I can ever say that I will be looking forward to going back to Dentist.

I've recently become a new patient at Grillo Dental in South Windsor. EveryoneI encountered at the office was pleasant and easy to talk with. I met with Dr. Zachary Grillo for a dental evaluation, which went great. He's a good listener and answered all of my questions. They had some time during that visit for me to get a cleaning. I met their dental hygienist Georgia and she did a fantastic job that afternoon.Thank you ... Andrea, Emily, Georgia and Dr. Zachary.

I now need major work & Dr. Grillo is coordinating with a specialist. I am at the office so much, it's like old friends. I really an relying on Dr Grillo, who I trust. I am grateful for his wisdom and how much he cares about my well-being.
