This is a new dentist recommended by my wife. My wife didn’t think my previous dentist did a great job at cleaning. She was right. They gave me the full works on the cleaning. I thought all dentist offered the same cleaning apparently this isn’t the case. What’s difference in the cleaning. I did have to wait because one of their hygienist were out due to an emergency issue. The apologized.The staff were all great. SUZY dental assistant was very educational when doing the X-rays. Vic hygienist cleaned throughly. Dr. Ken spotted an issue with my crown which I have had for several years and not one of my two dentists mentioned the issue. Receptionist which I didn’t get her name was personable.Update: 08/29/2024Had a good hygienist (Victoria) talk care of me today. Absolutely fabulous. She is a full timer. Been going there for 1.5 years, apparently and first time interacting with her. Great job.

Love the care I get but the only area that needs improvement is better communication and scheduling. I’ve been going to Dental arts for a few years now and my appointments are either cancelled late minute or the hygienist I’m meant to see calls out. I had my appointment yesterday and no one called me to tell me my hygienist is not coming in. So I ended up seeing someone who was not caring, too aggressive in her technique and would not listen to my needs. Overall, I left there not wanting to come back even though my overall experience with the dentist has been positive.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The assistant during my surgery was especially nice and engaging. The doctor was really good at explaining the surgery process and what to expect. During the surgery he kept me well informed on what he was doing and how long it was going to take.

Dr. Lehman may be the best dentist in Manhattan. He is competent and confident. As with any good physician, he advises on an effective plan of attack. Then he explains himself thoroughly through procedures. What more can you ask for?

Very good service. First of all I was seen promptly, slightly ahead of my scheduled time.I was kept fully informed about the fairly long and complicated process. Generally I was treated with respect with everything explained in full.
