Excellent experience at Crestwood Dental. They got me in on short notice after sustaining a painful broken tooth. Dr. Maxwell was teriffic, as was his hygienist Kylie. Highly recommend. 5 star!

Dr. Maxwell is extremely professional , and spends a lot of time explaining what the process is if need be. His staff is so kind and understanding. I’ve been with this group for many many years would recommend Crestwood dental to all.

This is how a dental office should be. Not your big box dental office where you might see several different dentists all who spend 0 time getting to know their patient. Dr. Maxwell and all the other staff were professional and personable. Thank you!

Will not be back.I was looking to switch dentists, and had heard glowing reviews about Crestwood dental. I called and spoke about how I had just had an exam done in April, and that I needed to schedule a cavity filling.AT NO POINT, in this conversation, or future conversations, did the person inform me that I'd have to have (and pay out of pocket for) an evaluation first.I got to the appointment and they said "It'll be 147 dollars up front, but your insurance will reimburse you." When I inquired on what amount my insurance would refund me, they said "100 %". Obviously this turned out to be a lie.I thought I was getting a cavity filling, because I was never told any differently, and in fact in the email where I was confirming availability, I said that I needed to get the filling done first. At no point was it said to me that it was an evaluation appointment only.I wish I could say I was surprised when I got a whopping 45 dollars back from Delta. I was misled about the appointment, and was outright lied to about how much my insurance would be giving me back. If the office staff is unaware of the benefits and what would be coming back, they shouldn't be giving answers as definitive.
