Dr. Chen is very patient, down to earth and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and didn't rush us out of appointment. His assistant was also very helpful. It was actually a pleasant experience, which isn't usual when taking your child to the dentist.

My 5 year old son was having really bad tooth pain which turned out to be a cavity. By the time we scheduled our visit with our dentist, he had two of them. Our dentist in new haven does not treat pediatric patients. We were referred to Childrens Dental Associates in Hamden. They got us in for an emergency visit within 24 hours.The staff there, especially Michelle and Dr. Chen were incredible. They put my son at ease, and explained every single thing they were doing for him.I truly feel blessed that they were able to treat my son. I will be returning here for him soon.

This is the best place to get your kids dental care. The dentist Dr Sako and her assistant Rachel took great care of my kid. They are very patient and helpful through out the procedure. They make it easy for my kid to go through filling procedures. They create a friendly environment for the kids who get anxious about the procedure. Dr Sako is very accommodative with the timings. She goes way beyond our expectations. I would strongly recommend her for our kids dental care. She and her team is so good.

WOW!!! A great experience at this facility! I am completely amazed how wonderful the people that work here with our children can be so kind and helpful!! Oh i sure am coming back asap so Dr.sako and her assistant ladies are so careful and speak to their patients with such respect something that is much needed to help our children have a beautiful smile all their lives. I really want to thank Sofia, Rachael thank you again. You all are all smiles and can change someone bad day into a better day and them not even knowing. Im thankful for them. Can not wait to come back tomorrow to continue what is necessary for my sweet grandaughter. THANK YOU ALL. SEE YOU SOON!!! Loved the decorations i felt so comfortable. Thank you again
