So, the staff was all really nice. The dentist was also very nice. That only matters so much though. I was there for 1.5 hours after my appointment start time and didn't get a cleaning... I understand new patient appointments are longer, but to take 1.5 hours EXCLUDING a cleaning is wasting peoples time.Communication was bad. I later learned that I was waiting on administration to get off the phone with my insurance. Great, I sat in the exam chair for 30 minutes while they talked to insurance... They could've emailed me that info. They could've let me know that it was taking a while. I got xrays and a quick exam done in 1.5 hours. Probably 20 minutes of actual time spent doing thingsNot going back. Also, don't try to upsell me. Tell me what I should be doing different to be better. If it's to the point where I need special cleaning, tell me what to do to prevent that again instead of NOT doing a cleaning and leaving me in the room for 30 minutes. Livid
