Just finished some fillings with Dr. Nina Lee. It was my first time here and I had a great and relaxing appointment. I actually fell asleep, she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Her assistant is also kind and gentle and they work well together. I’m glad I was recommended to come here , it’s rare to find a dentist that listens and makes you feel safe and secure during your appointment. I highly recommend this dental office, the staff are all nice.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. William Yeung for a couple of years, and my experiences have been a mix of professionalism and concern. Recently, during my latest appointment, he informed me that I needed some fillings. Before proceeding, I decided to seek a second opinion—and I’m so glad I did.When I first started seeing Dr. Yeung, he pointed out a stained area on one of my teeth, explaining that it wasn’t a cavity but suggested an optional filling. I chose to wait. Fast forward to my most recent visit, where he indicated that this spot had developed into a cavity, and he also found another area that needed work. To my surprise, he mentioned a third spot on a different tooth as well. He planned to start with the first two fillings and possibly address the third.Leaving that appointment, I felt anxious. I’ve never had a cavity in my life, and now I was facing the prospect of needing two or three fillings. So, I sought a second opinion before moving forward.Eight days later, I visited another dentist who told me he didn’t see any cavities at all. He explained that I had some minor staining, which is normal in the deep grooves of teeth and likely had been there for a long time. He assured me that the staining was hard and showed no signs of decay. He described Dr. Yeung’s approach as overly aggressive and recommended that I explore other dental options.I’m incredibly relieved that I sought that second opinion.

I used to go regularly up until around 2022, stopping only due to being so busy. The clinic has always been pretty good. Dr. Lee and the receptionists were always friendly and thorough, though some hygienists were better than others. Back then, I would've rated it maybe 3.5-4 stars.Went back today and the experience was EXCEPTIONAL. Erica was the standout, definitely the most gentle hygienist I've ever had in my life. If I could have her/them do my cleaning forever, I would. The bedside manner and clear explanations were reassuring.Dr. Lee was great as always, very professional and answered my questions. The receptionist, Lorraine if I'm not mistaken, was friendly and reliable (seriously though, every receptionist I've encountered there was a pleasure to deal with...good job on whoever's in charge of hiring).
