The staff is most welcoming and Dr. Timmerman is so delightful in explaining everything. I called at 8:00 in the morning. Was able to get in to see him at 1:00 that same day for some teeth aching. You never feel rushed and he always takes time to listen.

Dr. Timmerman has been our family dentist for over 20 years. His office staff are pleasant to work with, which is important. Dr. Timmerman is always interested in his patients and how they are doing. He genuinely cares for his patient base.

From my email alerts & appointment reminder phone calls to having my cleanings (I see Crystal who does my cleanings-who is excellent by the way) to my checkout. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Dr. Timmerman explains throughly your dental issues & options in an understandable way. I highly recommend Augusta Dental Arts.
