Receptionist was kind and happy to welcome me and help me get signed in the X-ray tech took clear care with what she was doing while she explained each step as she did it and why they took so many different ones in all the ways that they do the lady that came in to assess my teeth for the dentist( she cleans them and starts the plan ) was careful not to cause me anymore pain as she knew i had lost a filling an was in a great deal of pain They was all so very helpful and the dentist explained every detail and what each option would be and how it would affect me in the future and detailed cost of the options that would be best for me ! He treated me very respectful and didn’t make me feel horrible about my teeth he made me feel like he’s been my dentist for years ! They are extremely thorough also ! They take many photos all different ways of your teeth so they can help you even in the future if you call for a need then they know in depth because they also use 3-d scanners as well ! The gal that helps with the Financial part amazing she explains it all carefully and gives you options and works closely with you to help you be able to get the financial help you need ! • "The staff and Dr were all very friendly and made me feel very comfortable being there. My upper denture cracked in half and they could not repair it which was disappointing because the website says don't waste your money on denture repair kits come see us and I was told on the phone before my appointment that they typically do not repair dentures that were not made there. The place my dentures were made shut down not long after mine were made so I can't go back there for repairs. Hopefully that's not why I was told they couldn't repair them. I was told its up to the Dr. A new set is very high priced, even the basic set was out of my price range. Photo shows first price with 7 year warranty and second price is basic set with 6 month warranty. So if you have that kind of money or insurance i would reccomend going there"
