My husband and I had such a great experience!!! The space is sooo beautiful, super clean, and has such a welcoming vibe. Aesthetic 10/10. Everyone there was incredibly nice and patient, which really put me at ease. I had the best cleaning with Sheri, she was so friendly and professional. My husband saw Nicole and he absolutely loved his experience, she was so gentle and took her time. Dr. Elshaer also stopped by to check my teeth, and he was amazing—super knowledgeable and friendly which made me feel very comfortable. The best part….they have TVs on the ceilings!!!!!! How cool is that! I was watching Harry Potter while getting my cleaning done. Absolutely love this dental office, highly recommend!!!

I’ve always been nervous with dentists because of a traumatic experience when I was a child, however with Dr. Elshaer it’s an entire new experience. He’s very good at explaining everything that will happen during your appointment and will work with you to make sure you’re feeling as comfortable as possible which is refreshing. Even the girls at the front desk are amazing and give off such a good energy. I’ve recommended Willistead Family Dental to a couple of friends already 💕

I had such a great first and second experience here. The staff are all really friendly and attentive and the ladies at the front desk have the best energy.I had a full cleaning and x-ray and went back for a second appointment to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was really nervous going into it but it ended up being such an easy procedure to go through partly due to how at ease I was made to feel.10/10

Dr Elshaer is the best dentist I have ever had.He is extremely compassionate and kind. I have trauma from past dental experiences, and he always makes me feel comfortable and safe. He never rushes and always makes me feel heard.He is also very gentle and thorough, he always talks me through the steps and makes sure I am comfortable with every process being completed.I would recommend him for all dental purposes.He is wonderful!

I had such a great experience again after a long time. I thought I lost my dentist, Dr. Mahmoud El Shaer. He had been my family dentist for the last 3 years, and suddenly, we were excited to see him and his team in his new clinic. My family and I were amazed by his work and dedication to his teamwork. We also met Jennifer ( Administration), she has known us last 3 years and is still very humble and kind. Sheri and Nicole played with my wife's and my tooth, and it was an awesome experience. These people are lifesavers. I remember when I met with Dr. Mahmoud El Shaer 3 years back for my son's dental concern, he is the guy who saved my son's dental issue; others were just playing around with my insurance. I am very excited to visit my son in the coming month. Keep it up, guys!
