I had been scheduled for my 6 month checkup. I had been thinking of having my teeth professionally whitened and asked the hygienist about it. After talking to Meg about insurance, I said I would like to make an appointment to have it done. They were able to schedule me to have it done that day. Everyone I interacted with at the office was friendly and professional. Dr. Doshi is always very pleasant, explains procedures clearly, and is an excellent dentist.

Took my daughter in to get her wisdom teeth removed, two of which were impacted.My daughter was brought in and was out in less than an hour and a half.20+ minutes was spent alone in a room while her blood pressure was monitored.The remaining hour or so was the actual removal and waking up from anesthesia.I was shocked when they said they were releasing her. She had only been awake for a small period of time.They brought her out in a wheelchair to my car.She immediately fell asleep.She came to about 15 minutes later on the highway, flailing around and asking where she was and what had happened.She then proceeded to dry heave and vomit.We could have been killed!I called and the surgeon and was told he’d get back, but he didn’t.I was also told by the front desk at the clinic that this was all “common.”But…. IT ISN’T.You ARE NOT supposed to release a patient with no concept of time, themselves or what happened!You are supposed to allow patients to wake up and monitor them and not allow them to leave in a freaked out, confused , vulnerable, and sick state.This isn’t how it’s supposed to work!What you people and your clinic is doing is awful with your assembly line surgeries.We could have been killed on the interstate.Shame on you!You have an oath to uphold!

This was the best dental experience that I've ever had. The staff at the desk were so kind and helpful. The dental assistants were top-notch and very attentive. I suffer with PTSD about such places, and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. DR. Doshi did an excellent job with an emergency root canal, and replacing a crown. I cannot thank her enough and her incredible staff. This is the best dentist in Lawrence. Hands down.

I had a great new patient experience here! It had been far too long since I'd been to the dentist but their team made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Donna was very friendly, and Amy and Dr. Albert were also fantastic and made me feel comfortable. One of their folks even broke down all the costs of my visit so I could see exactly what my insurance would cover and what I would be paying which I really appreciated. Thanks guys!
