In general, they offer a great service. Especially, the dental assistants are great! I received one of the painless and smoothest imaging from them. When I went for the first time, I received Dr. Li's diagnosis and she explained what is happening very well. She offered options considering both medical and financial needs. Teeth checking itself went smooth. I received the most smooth one that I got. I needed to wait for long time between services in an operation room, which I'm not happy about. I understand that they were busy, but at least they could have informed me, so that I was able to do something while waiting for another service.Also, when I went there for a follow-up teeth cleaning, I showed up for an 8am appointment but the office was closed. I waited for a while in a cold weather, but nobody showed up. I'm really not happy about this, especially when I'm sleep derived because of having a baby.

I have experienced a very painful treatment. The female Chinese doctor here is someone who lacks skills and empathy. She damaged my teeth and nerves, and I am currently receiving treatment at another hospital. The female Chinese doctors here will receive the punishment that heaven deserves.

Dr. Seung Baek was very thorough, informative, & pleasant. I went in for a cleaning (which he did himself) & a chipped filling replacement. He was the first dentist to show me my x-rays & explain what he was seeing.Susie, was also super friendly & helpful with the administrative side.I am recommending this office to friends and family.

I first tried out SLU Dental Group because they were so close to where I’m staying. Both appointments I have attended so far the doctors and staff have been very nice and helpful. Dr. Baek was gentle during my cleaning and also gave great feedback on my teeth, habits, and any abnormalities he saw
