Dr Mark n staff were professional helping me through my first visit to their office. Very patient with this 84 year old senior who usually has trepidation going for her dental appointments. Had teeth cleaned n Xray done. Will have no more anxiety going back.

I normally hate going to the dentist. If you are like me, go see Dr. Mark. He got into dentistry to make it not scary and not painful. And he succeeded!!!! He did a deep cleaning of my whole mouth plus fillings with no ouchy novacaine shots in under an hour. He checked in with me and explained stuff to me the whole time. The whole team is great. The receptionist breaks everything down for you and is super nice.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a dentist office bc I HATE going to the dentist, BUT… this is the best dentist practice I’ve ever been to. First - the sweet Asian woman who always polishes my teeth (I can’t remember her name) is so sweet and so accommodating of my ridiculously sensitive teeth. Second - (I’ve seen both doctors and they’re both fantastic) Dr. Mark is the best dentist ever. Truly! He’s kind, friendly, patient, always takes the time to ask how you are and how life is while simultaneously taking really good care of your teeth. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a dental practice and I’m super thankful I’ve found this place! Couldn’t recommend it more.

Now this is what a supported team, efficient processes, and investment in tools for dental staff looks like and should be the standard for all offices. The waiting area and check in was a comfortable setting, the dental assistant was kind and thorough, last but not least Dr. Mark made my first cleaning there the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental chair. He made sure I was aware of how to signal if I had any sensitivity during the cleaning which went great. There was no dishonest upselling after, he modestly provided dental care guidance and suggestions for a future visit. There wasn’t a moment where I was made to feel uncomfortable or rushed.By the time I was checking out I made my next appointment for after the holidays and my 6 month follow up cleaning because I wanted to.(If you understand anxiety induced by judgmental office staff you’ll know what I mean, though I hope you don’t. lol)Highly recommend on all fronts♥️

Seattle family dentistry has been hands down the best dentist I’ve ever seen. Dr. Mark was awesome! Very personable and kind. Never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed, which can easily happen at a dentist.The dental assistants there are very friendly and helped make the experience enjoyable!And the people at the front desk were also very easy going and kind. Overall best experience from beginning to end I’ve ever had at a dentist!
