My first appointment was very good. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I waited only a few minutes until Ana(dental hygienist)came to greet me and lead me back to her room.Ana was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was gentle and caused me no pain or discomfort. After my cleaning Dr Dawes came in to look at my teeth and follow up and make recommendations. Dr. Dawes was very nice and treated me kindly and with respect.I recommend this dentist office to anyone that may be in search of a new dentist as I was very pleased with my first visit.

My first time going to refresh. The dentist and the assistant made me feel very comfortable. I will say this visit has been the best dentist appointment I have ever experienced. Very professional good work. My root canal was as quick as it could be and I don’t have any more pain in that tooth.

I was seen on 4/4/25 by Sonya, Anastasia, Tyler (the dentist) & another kind lady (the assistant office manager). This was the most warm, comforting, informative and on-paced dentist visits I have experienced! From the front office greeting, to the x-rays, hygienist visit & bring seen by the dentist himself. They have exceeded my expectations of what a dentist visits should look and feel like. If only they expanded to pediatric dentistry…

I had a fantastic experience at Refresh Dental in Middleburg Heights! From the moment I walked in, the office was spotless, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming. I only waited about five minutes before being called back by Anastasia, the dental hygienist, who was accompanied by her assistant.They were completely prepared for my visit and took the time to go over everything with me, ensuring I understood my treatment plan and answering any questions I had. Anastasia is hands down one of the best hygienists I’ve ever had—no exaggeration. She was thorough, took detailed pictures, and explained the best course of treatment in a way that made sense. I never felt pressured into unnecessary procedures, which I truly appreciated.The dentist was just as great—practical, professional, and focused on a treatment plan that worked for me. I’m scheduled to return in a couple of weeks for a procedure, and Anastasia even made sure to fit me in on a Friday.Who actually enjoys going to the dentist? Not me! But this experience was as good as it gets.

Today was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist and I came in anxious, pregnant for the first time, and needing cavities filled. I have had some horrific dentist appointments in the past! But today I was warmly treated by every staff member. It was the first time a dentist ever shook my hand! And there was an assistant there named Ronald. He was beyond supportive and so kind!! He deserves a raise! I’m so grateful I came in to Refresh dental! I’ll never go anywhere else 🙏🏽
