I was referred to this office by family, but unfortunately, my experience on the phone was disappointing. When I called to inquire about a tooth extraction, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, treating my questions as if they were unreasonable. Instead of providing clear information, she made me feel as though I was ignorant, despite the fact that I had done my research and have family and friends in the dental industry.She informed me that an exam would be required for $110 to determine the type of extraction needed, which I completely understand. However, she was unable to provide even a general price range for the procedure, which I found frustrating. I know that extractions can vary in complexity, but other offices I called were at least able to give a basic estimate for standard and surgical extractions. I wasn’t asking for an exact quote—just a ballpark figure to help my friend, who doesn’t have insurance, compare options.Based on this interaction, I have to agree with the lower-rated reviews. It felt like they were more focused on getting patients in the door without offering much transparency. If this is how they handle inquiries over the phone, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

Have been coming here for years! Dr. Beydoun is amazing! She is so attentive and caring! Dr. Beydoun makes you feel like family. I also have to mention to my favorite hygienist Zee! Highly recommend!

My hygienist, Zeinab, did an excellent job! She was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and made my experience very pleasant, (even though I don’t love going to the dentist in general). I really appreciate her care and attention to detail!

My hygienist Z was amazing. My teeth feel amazing. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with information on teeth maintenance. I definitely recommend her.
