I have emetophobia (a fear of throwing up) and a horrible gag reflex. I haven’t been to the dentist in 4 years because of a very bad experience with my old dentist.I had a broken filling and had to get it looked at because of the pain. I didn’t want to go back to my old dentist- luckily through a friend found this place!! This is my first time coming here and as a new patient they got me in ASAP!! I ended up with a broken filling and 7 cavities !! 😅 The next day they got me in to do my broken filling and 2 cavities. I didn’t think i could do it because of my fear! I was convinced i was going to have to go somewhere special to be put completely knocked out- BUT Dr. Spragg was AMAZING! (Susan and Danielle were so kind and amazing with me too!) It is definitely a family dynamic with the crew and you can tell they love what they’re doing!! We got the teeth done and I scheduled the rest. He booked extra time so I could take breaks and move at my own pace! I’m in shock with how amazing and kind everyone at the office was. If you are afraid of the dentist i HIGHLY recommend coming here!!! If I can do it you can do it too! THEY ARE THE BEST AND CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW AMAZING THEY ARE!!

My experience was wonderful!! I'm not normally one to submit a review however, I felt the need to do so because the care was so good. The staff and dentist were very gentle, informative and front with care, and potential issues that may arise. I felt very comfortable and experienced no pain.

Amazing clinic, entire staff are awesome, friendly and caring! Doctors are up and up on their practice with state of art equipment.They treated my entire family including my kids at an early age were in grade school. One of my kids now married still lives in town and continues to seek Gentle Family Dentistry of Naperville practice. Highly recommended...
