Normally would not leave bad reviews because everyone has bad days but my dad's experience needs to be shared for anyone potentially looking for a new dentist. They took advantage of an older person because I'm assuming they thought there wouldn't be any repercussions.They messed up my dad's procedure and refused to take accountability or help him any further. They shamed him and ignored his calls. He got an infection and had to go to another dentist.If you could give zero stars, this would be its intended purpose.

Best Dentist ever! This is the best dentist I ever had! Besides from beautiful, clean and updated office the service is amazing! I was so happy to come to this office to do my regular check up, never disappointed. Dr. gets busy but it is worth to come for my cleaning and other teeth issues. The new staff are way better than previews their costumer service make you feel like a human. I totally recommend this office and Dentist.

I typically have a very busy work schedule where my days off needs to be planned ahead of time and normally I only get Thursday off due to working in retail. I had an appointment for 6 months into the future for January 16th, 2020.Only during the week before, did I get a call from the receptionist (the dentist's mother). She left me a voicemail saying dentist decided to go on vacation so I moved your appointment to the following Thursday same time. No apology, not a question, she simply stated it. I called back and left a voicemail because no one answered. She called back during my work hours to leave the same voicemail. This appointment was made 6 months in advance! Don't schedule clients if that is the case. I would have even accepted it if she asked and offered a few options in moving the date, but no. It was so rudely stated.The dentist himself is good, therefore, I have been driving into Chicago from Elgin. I figured every 6 months is not too bad. But I have had enough. The mother (his mother)loudly and rudely speaks ill of any client that is not there to his OTHER clients! I have been ignoring it but pushing my pre-planned appointment because she wanted to is unacceptable. Like others have mentioned, customer service is subpar. She needs to be let go otherwise business will eventually die down or close.

I had my loose crown put back on couple weeks ago but it’s uncomfortable and hurting ever since, so I called to schedule an appointment, the the receptionist (the dentist’s mother) told me not easy to see the dentist she has to wait until her son get home only if he get home tonight, I was socked to hear that. She was loud and rude, she went on and on about non related matters I had to cut her off since I was at work. My appointment was never made.
