Splendid staff. Had my wisdom teeth removed in less than an hour while awake and it was relatively painless. Dr. Mike and Vicky truly are masters at their crafts and Lana was super helpful at getting me all the info I needed before getting my consult.

I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone that needs any type of work from a cleaning to a root canal. They not only have a great schedule and are open early and late but they do everything in house.My wife needed an emergency visit and we drove almost an hour to this practice when nobody else would see my wife. Sarah and Joana helped get the appointment for us and were friendly and amazing. Gabby also was making sure my wife was ok checking in with us. Dr Idiris was the actual dentist that helped my wife and I have nothing but great things to say.Do not think twice and go get your teeth fixed at either their concord location or Mentor.

After moving back to Ohio, I expected to find a new dentist quickly. I went through 3 different dental offices before Fioritto. I finally have relief with my TMJ! The dentists here take the time and actually listen. Dr. Nicole made an adjustment to my night guard and recommended simple exercises and tips to control my TMJ.

I’ve had to have some major dental work in the last few years. Dr. Mike has been just awesome. He always makes sure I’m doing OK and he has never hurt me! Today I had work on an implant a Vicki was assisting! Her manner & approach helped nestle my nerves, and by the end of the procedure, I actually thanked her, because she made it FUN! Great sense of humor and kindness! She made what might have been stressful - much easier. It goes without saying that I except exceptional professional work, but attitude and the ability to make a patient comfortable is a huge plus & Vicky & Dr Mike “ got it goin on! “
