I haven’t even got service from them yet and the lady who answered the phone for them is so rude and disrespectful. I don’t understand why she got a job that she don’t like doing. I called to see if they accept my insurance. She could not tell me if they accept my insurance while I was on the phone she put me on hold for 15 minutes no explanation the phone hung up. I call back. She answered the phone right away and I tell her who I am now all of a sudden she’s ready to ask me questions after I asked her again if they accept my insurance, she told me that she have to call me back to let me know just so rude. I didn’t call 1 million places. They never had to call me back to let me know if they accept my insurance y’all need to replace that lady because she will make y’all lose money real talk. And this is me editing my comment because they still have not contacted me back To let me know if they take my insurance she just was so disrespectful whoever The lady is who answered the phone is so disrespectful I would never come here and I haven’t even came here yet. I would never recommend nobody here at all What a disappointment

The dentist is Amazing. That's about the only thing good at this location. Massive billing issues. Being quoted for procedures so i know how much to bring then months later finding out i have to pay hundreds of dollars. I got a bill for something i paid in office. Very unprofessional. They do not return phone calls. I have called numerous times and was advised they will call me back and 2 weeks later still no call back. I will never get work here done again. Neither will my family.Owner: 12/11 ** UPDATE**Notice how yall had time to answer the review but not return my phone calls. That's wild customer service or lack there of.

Upon my last visit I mistakenly arrived an hour early. The team worked me into their workflow. As with my previous visits, everyone is professional in their assigned responsibilities and personable in preforming them. They make visiting the "dentist" very pleasurable.Thank you Dental Works.

I recently had an experience at the dental office in Allen Park that did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my insurance coverage that added to my frustration. Despite my inquiries, I felt that the staff in the back office were unhelpful in resolving the matter.At one point, instead of receiving assistance, a staff member turned on music in the office, which felt dismissive, as I was not speaking loudly. My insurance is categorized as PPO, but the office informed me that it is DMO. While I understand I can follow up with my insurance provider to clarify this, I was disappointed with the lack of support from the front desk.Furthermore, I was informed that I had missed calls about my insurance coverage, but the only call I received was simply to confirm my appointment. This discrepancy was quite surprising upon arriving at the office and left me feeling unsettled about the communication process.I hope my feedback can help improve the experience for future patients.

Best dentist ever!!! Literally I have the biggest dentist phobia and she made me feel very welcomed and also didn’t make me feel bad about the status of my teeth. Found my dentist for life. Thank you so much!!!!!
