If I could give them zero stars I would. When the dentist and CVS couldn't decide who wanted to do the pre authorizations of a medication the front desk lady told me to find a different pharmacy. The only reason for the medication is that the young lady is autistic and does not do well with needles. So I canceled the appointment till her cleaning to figure out the next step on what we could do. They canceled all future appointments when I called today and basically told us to find a different dentist. Said I picked up the pill that day. Not! They didn't even call CVS to find out if that was true. They just figured it was so in fact the lady's up front don't tell the whole truth.

I’ve been to 2 different dentists since coming here & they all have said that the work that was done on my mouth at this dentist really screwed up bad. They didn’t properly do a root canal on my tooth which led to that tooth broken & almost falling out. All the fillings that they did were poorly filled and the new dentist said they shouldn’t have never put a filling on the tooth , it should’ve been a root canal. Also—- on my new xraya it shows they got the fillings on my gums!!! I have fillings on teeth that never even had cavities, because of how sloppy of a job they did!!! absolute mess and now I have to pay for it out-of-pocket with my money at my new dentist all because of THIS dentists incompetence. I’m furious!!!!!

If you want peace of mind and not have your bill which was agreed upon to be inflated then don’t go to this place. It’s all about the money. They will convince you to do a procedure to benefit their pockets and inflate the cost outside of what was agreed. Do yourself a great favor and find somewhere else.

Went to the dentist today they have my dental records completely backwards told me that my tooth on the right got pulled in 19 when the tooth on my right got pulled in 24 got mad at me for even trying to get my dental records straight they numb the wrong tooth. I had to stop them. They hurry up and wash it out. I’m gonna look for a new dentist. Don’t go here unless you want your teeth messed up.Update: after i posted this review they call me and confront me about posting a review how unprofessional

I left the office after the hygienist refused to wash her hands before beginning my service. I don’t think I should have had to ask her to wash her hands in the first place. There wasn’t even soap in the room and that says a lot about their practices as a company.
