As someone who has had anxiety about the dentist I’m so happy I have found this office! 5 stars is not enough!The office itself is so calm, clean & up to date. The ladies at reception are always so pleasant and able to answer almost any question.The hygienists have their own rooms and it’s so awesome to see them have their diplomas on the wall. Every hygienist that I have worked with has been gentle and they keep notes about almost everything you like from normal metal tools to the water picks to help clean teeth.Now Dr. Leek! She’s the whole reason why I will continue driving to Mentor for all my dental needs. Her bedside manner and personality is amazing! She is truly so gentle and takes the time to answer any question/concern. I have had her fix a crown, and correct a few cavities. She is truly amazing in her field!

Run as fast as you can. I was a long time customer of Al and Jeff Budrys, ( spent thousands with them) but things have changed.I will spell out exactly what happen. Judge for yourself if you want to trust them.1. They called me and said they had a tooth cleaning cancel did I want to take the open spot. I asked what the cost is now for a tooth cleaning and they said $99. I agreed to have my teeth cleaned for the $99 and made the appointment.2. The first red flag was that I was told that I needed to spend $150 for an x-ray. I said no, all I want is the $99 cleaning.3. As a scare tactic the employee stopped and went and got an i pad and made me sign a release.4. She then began removing plaque and mentioned that I had some that went below 2 cm and that I needed a deeper cleaning. At other cleanings from them I had been told this before so at this point I had no idea what was coming.5. She eventually stopped and said that I needed a deeper cleaning hinting this was going to cost more than the $99.6. I said that I was quoted $99 and that if she could NOT clean my teeth for the $99 she can stop now and she stopped.I also said I would like to talk to Al (Jeff had already quit) and she said Al was not there. I suggested a manager and she left the room.7. After about 10 minutes I got up and walked to the front desk and was told there was no manager either. I again repeated that I agreed to a $99 cleaning and that she said she could not do it. She wanted to argue so I left.8. They sent me a bill for the $99 cleaning that was not completed.9. I sent then an e mail explaining what happen and the office manager said call her and she would solve the problem.So I did and her way of solving it was to charge me the $99.10. She explained that the new owners have changed the way they clean teeth and now charge more for a deeper cleaning that I was not told about or quoted.I have given them thousands of dollars and now they treat a customer like this. I have seen other complaints as well in reviews.11. I told them to NOT contact me again and within a minute I got another harassing e mail demanding the $99.In response to your lame response, I did not end my apt early, your employee refused to complete the service I was quoted and agreed to.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Budry’s Dental since becoming a patient, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. After my previous dentist retired, I found it difficult to find a good dental practice. Fortunately, I was referred to Budry’s by my friend Lindsey, who works there, and I’m so grateful she did!From the friendly front desk staff to Dr. Melany Leek and the amazing dental hygienist, Brit, every visit has been a positive one. The entire team is always smiling, professional, and provides excellent service. I highly recommend Budry’s Dental to anyone looking for a practice that truly cares about its patients

I was very impressed with the care that my 87 year old mom had received from Budrys Dental. I am a retired Dental Hygienist. I needed a crown and felt confident that I would be in good hands with Dr Jeff. I was very impressed with the care that I received. The new technology they used enabled me to leave the same day with my new crown and I haven’t had trouble with the tooth since. Dr Jeff also adjusted my dental splint and that took care of the pain that I was experiencing in my upper teeth as well. I would highly recommend Budrys Dental.

So unfortunate to see the changes after being bought by the “new company”. The employees appear to be less happy, prices from my experience were insanely higher, and being a loyal long-time patient seems to mean nothing. Left in tears because the thought of going to anyone besides Dr. Jeff deeply upsets me after all the great years of service that myself, my family and friends that I’ve referred there have received, but I can’t support the new ways. Such a loss for me because I LOVED this office and everyone I encountered there. So bummed.
