This review is for Tammy, who works up front when you first enter into the dental office. She asked me on the first visit to give a review. It's a little late, but nonetheless, at your request, here it is. I started out with a deep cleaning. A few visits later here I am, not mentioning the unprofessional drama.I am NO longer getting dental care from that dental office. I am on an antibiotic for an infection from a tooth that was worked on and is no longer in my mouth. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I can’t say enough good things about this dentist! I broke my front tooth on a Thursday afternoon, and they were able to get me in within the hour! The staff was incredibly kind and understanding, and they took care of everything quickly and professionally. I don’t have insurance, but they made it affordable by helping me sign up for the OneSmile Dental Plan, which gave me discounts on services and free exams. They genuinely saved me that day, and I left feeling so relieved and grateful. If you’re looking for a caring, affordable dentist who truly goes above and beyond, this is the place to go!

One star doesn't deserve. Nasty manager hang up on clients. Even the owner careless. They do unnecessary work. They damaged 2 teeth for me trying to do 2 crowns and now my 2 teeth out .and doctor stick numb needle in my tongue. And then I felt my brain frozen. So was gonna go to emergency room but she said no because she is got scared if I go . And after that they charge my insurance for work wasn't done completely. And the manager and the owner sent me e-mail that they feel sorry and they ask me to contact them and I did and no answer carelessly. So this is worst dental place ever. They were grinding my teeth just like working on horse..

Highly disgusted and frustrated with Bright Now Dental in North Olmsted. Complete lack of customer service and care for their patients. Had a consult/wisdom teeth removal appointment scheduled for Dec 23rd. Called to confirm details and was informed the doctor decided at the last minute to change his schedule and go out of town on the day of the scheduled appointment. Obviously they don't care about already scheduled appointments esp given my daughter will only be home for 3 weeks on college break. This was communicated during the scheduling of the appointment. Don't be fooled by the niceness of the manager. Don't waste your time on this place like we did. Now I must start from scratch to find my daughter an appointment that definitely will not happen while she is home on break thanks to incompetent staff who cancel important patient appointments at the last minute without any care for the patient and their needs.

BrightNow in North Olmsted is great, everyone is always friendly, on time and most important at the dentist.. CONSIDERATE! They listen to you and care, if something makes you wig out they do what they can to give you the easiest experience.. first of like 6 dentists that have made me feel heard, thank you guys!
