Carillon Family DentalI recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Patel's dental practice and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and staff. After losing my long-time dentist last year, I was anxious about finding a new one. Thankfully, I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Patel on the same day I called, which was a huge relief. I felt like I had found a home, perfect in every way, except.My visit involved a simple tooth extraction, which took about 30 minutes from start to finish. The procedure itself was quick, with about 10 minutes for numbing and 5-8 minutes for the extraction. However, the cost for someone living on a retirement income without dental insurance is out of my league. The visit alone was $90 plus tax, totaling $99, and the extraction cost $510, bringing the total to $609.Additionally, I received a stitch, and if it's not dissolvable, I'll need to pay another $99 for removal, plus any additional costs associated with the procedure. This could potentially bring the total to $708 or more, just to have one tooth pulled.I’ll have my wife will remove the stitch in 7 days.Despite the high costs, I was truly delighted with Dr. Patel and her team. They are genuinely kind and professional, making you feel like you've found a home. Unfortunately, without affordable dental insurance, I fear I won't be able to return for future treatments, as the costs of procedures like fillings or root canals could be prohibitively expensive.If you have dental insurance, Dr. Patel's practice is an excellent choice. Doc Joseph is a kind, humble, honest, and gentle soul. While I may not have liked his recommendation, I trust that he has my best interests at heart and would never mislead me. Each time I have an appointment at Associates, I leave satisfied. They are professional, friendly and so caring. My hygienist is gentle and educated me well on my oral hygiene. I drive a long way to get there and wouldn’t change that for anything in the world!

I called Tuesday and got an appointment Wednesday morning. They did an exam and x-rays and then did immediate cleaning. They made me feel at ease. They were extremely friendly. I felt so comfortable being that I hadn’t been to a dentist in 38 years and reassured With my teeth. I highly recommend them.

I switched to this Dental Care practice's Algonquin location a few months ago. In two visits, I have been very pleased. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, both dentists and dental hygienists have also been very thorough and the pricing for cleaning and regular visits is quite reasonable. Thank you!
