Several years ago, I connected with Dr. Eric Zidel of Zidel Dental Group after having severe dental issues and making an appointment to see him for a second opinion. My parents were seeing him at the time and raved about his professional work etiquette. The second opinion appointment led to a strong bond between us and his impeccable staff to this day.Dr. Zidel was able to address my severe issues in a year. During this period, he gained my complete trust with his superb dental work and how his office staff treated me, handled insurance claims, scheduled appointments, etc. They're first-class and highly accommodating. Dr. Zidel, while extremely professional, has a fabulous personality a keen sense of humor, and makes you feel very comfortable.When entering the spacious dental office, one can't but notice and feel the serene and Zen-type environment. I've never waited for more than five minutes to be seen for an appointment. Dr. Eric Zidel is upfront with any future work that needs to be done. He is compassionate and a great listener. The staff is friendly, the facility is very clean. Love watching the birds outside the windows. I have been going to Zidel Dental Group for over 20 years.
