I have been coming to Woburn Family dental for about a year now. Started out with dental care for my daughter, and they took such good care of her that I switched over too! The dental office is so pretty, clean and welcoming and puts you at ease from the moment you enter. Dr. Saroha and her team are so kind and knowledgeable. They use the latest technologies and always educate you on potential issues and solutions without forcing anything on you. My teeth are in the best condition they’ve been in ever! Highly recommend!

I love Woburn Family Dental. The staff and hygienists are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, patient, and very welcoming. The only slight complaint that I have is this is probably the most expensive dentist I’ve ever been to. You get what you pay for though right? They now have a program with Affirm for payment arrangements, which definitely helps with the cost. Dr. Saroha is very gentle and I love that she takes her time explain dental procedures and their necessity. I’ve been a patient for several years now and would highly recommend Woburn Family Dental.

The worst dental experience. They speak in condescending tone, they spoke to me as if I am stupid and have no worry for my own dental hygiene. Dr. Saroha and her team makes a big deal out of every little thing and try to push for new treatments. I went for annual cleaning, my dental hygienist was extremely rude. I was literally waiting for the appointment to get over. Not only this, they also mess up the billing. They sent me a statement before insurance and when I called to clarify, they wasted my time before agreeing to their mistake.

My 8 year old daughter loves coming to this office. She sees Jen, who is so amazing and patient with children. Dr Saroha always takes her time with her and explains things in a way she can understand. Her favorite part is the balloon and prize out of the treasure chest she gets at the end. All the staff are so sweet and knowledgeable

Why am I giving 0 start review? Here are my reasons that many (if not almost all) patients can relate to: (1) Saroha and the team always try to add more unnecessary treatment plans whenever you visit for annual clean up, these include filling, antibiotic injection, x-rays, refilling, cap, and so on. You can always expect $200+ unplanned expenses per visit. Patients get scared with all the jergons and agrees to treatment plan. It is a trap. (2) They always push you to schedule your next visits and treatment plan before you finish your current one. It is annoying. Often it is hard to cancel appointments and they threat to charge for missed appointment. (3) Billing errors are very common. It is more common if you have 2 dental insurance. Due to their mistakes the secondary insurance company denies benifit and Saroha's team add that charge to patient without resubmitting to the primary insurnace. In addition they charge interest for due balance. (4) Fluoride treatment is not required and often not covered by insurance for adults. Saroha's team always add it. Many insurance has contract price of $30 but Saroha charges $50 every time you visit. So double check your EXPLANATION OF BENEFIT document from your insurance and report to the insurance company for any extortion. (5) Never disclose you have an FSA account or balance. The team will try their best to squeeze out all the remaining balance. (6) The dedicated public relation team is very active to justify all the FATCS mentioned above. But trust me, these are all true. All the patients can relate what I am trying to say here. Just RUN AWAY from WOBURN FAMILY DENTAL. Thanks, S Patel.
