It's taken 6months to get my partial and plate. Went back to the office 6 times for impressions. I missed out on the Sturgis run . Paid $700 for the ticket. Money I lost and been wearing a mask . There are new employees now . The lady dentist seems to know her job. She's very nice . I think they cleaned house and hired some people who cares. Very disappointed . Got my partial and the tooth is still missing have to go back in a week to give them the partial back to put in missing tooth. I will will be without teeth again for weeks I don't recommend this dental office to no one! I will get a hold of the dental board and report this mess I'm in . And seek counsel . No one should have to go through what I have gone through.they said they would re do them so there is another 2 to 3 weeks I might get them. Partial hurts my mouth and my upper plate was not sent into the lab when partial was sent so it's a extra 10 days and I don't think I can handle much more . This has ruined my life . I have missed out on a lot of outings . For 7 months I have had to stay in side with a mask on . Very depressing. Called office manager 3 times and left message she never called back.

This place is not good for emergency care even if you make an appointment they will turn you away and give you a lie for an explanation. On their site it says “emergency dental care, same day appointments” and “weekdays/weekENDS”; I had an appointment as a returning patient on Sat 11/9/2024 and they told my they can’t help me and they don’t do exams on the weekends, although their website says other wise and I am a (ex)returning patient. Bad front desk service, they obviously don’t know how to run their appointments and business efficiently.
