Called their office to schedule a new patient appointment with my 5 yo daughter after this office was selected from our insurance. The front desk was very happy to schedule the appointment and I was very happy to find out they had an appointment available in 2 hours on the same day. I scheduled it. Took off work to take her and showed up and was informed that they don’t treat kids under 15?! We talked about how she was 5 on the phone. They were very confused as to why I didn’t know that ahead of time? How could I possibly know that when they confirmed it was fine at their family dental office. Good lord.Completely wasted our time. 1/5 wouldn’t recommend.

I called to tell them that it was kind of urgent for my situation. They told me they didn’t have any available appointment until one week. I still made it and on the same day they told me that it’s been canceled for that time, I reschedule it and one day prior to my appointment they changed The time on my appointment!! I called and told them, and I rescheduled it again, and on the very same day that I was going to, they changed it again. Very poor service and unprofessional. they lost two good patients because my wife and me are having a dental procedure for $8,000 at another place called Santo Tomas dental group. They helped me the same day and very professional and with a kind of poor credit I got approved for $11,000 job!! check it out. NEVER GO TO WESTERN DENTAL.

Very disappointed. They scheduled me to come in at 4pm , had to leave work early & got there on time just so they could tell me that the doctor left and they don’t see patients after 4 ?Then I was rescheduled the following week at 12pm lady taking the X-rays had an attitude, dentist saw me and said everything looked fine that if I wanted a clean up I said yes then was told to come back after 2 because they where going to lunch

The staff is very caring and so nice to me and my family I loved coming in here and seeing Dr laur but unfortunately he does not work here anymore please bring him back e was the best !!!!
