Terrible. I made an appt for a cleaning and someone who MIGHT have been the dentist, no introduction asked “what’s your complaint today” and I said I just scheduled for a cleaning....isn’t that what my appt is for? He Checked my teeth, went somewhere and didn’t tell me what was going on. No communication. Waited longer than expected. 15 minutes later he came back and said I should go to the front desk for the “plan”. By now I’m super confused because I just want a teeth cleaning. Front desk quotes me something of $630.00 worth of services I’ve never even heard of before. I ask if I can just elect to get a basic teeth cleaning and they said “no, you have to do what they recommend”. I walked out. Do not go here - poor communication, untrustworthy, very weird location (directions brought me to a school, when in fact I had to go around the school into a driveway to find the office). Waste of time.

My appointment was at 3:00pm. There was a walk-in who came 30 minutes after however he got the the service first before the three of us in the waiting room. 👏👏👏I atleast waited for an hour and I couldn't wait any longer after that so I just left the place. I wouldn't recommend for you guys to come in this place. Go somewhere else.

Rude staff as always. But this time they went too far, the “doctor” argued with me about me being late 15 minutes and when I tried to explain to her, she said “whatever”. Rude, I am taking my business elsewhere.Never again.UPDATE: To the response below... That very same day I called corporate to make a claim, and they never called me back. I will also update Yelp and make sure to let friends and family know.

If I could I would give 0 stars. They are scam artists, they claimed my daughters “contract” ended because she did not go to her appointments for her braces WHEN THEY CANCELED all her appointments and said it was DUE TO THE PANDEMIC they embezzled 4K and they will refuse to continue with her treatment if I don’t pay another 2K for her braces and treatment.

Very awkward vibes, it seemed like while I was explaining.y issues with my teeth they were just not comprehending. On top of that I waited over two hours to be seen yet I had an appointment. Never ever coming back. Plus the location was already weird enough to me 😂
