First, I have to say the Dentist and hygienist were great. The business part and the front desk is terrible and rude. I was referred by a friend her teeth were amazing. So I went with great expectations. Like I said dentists is great. The business and the ortho just trying to sell you something that you don’t need. That put braces on my grandson’s teeth without doing the extractions first. I went to them for consultation, and left out with braces. I spoke with the financial advisor about the braces and she informed me if you change your mind there would be around $300 take off. I went and got another opinion (which I should have done before) but I trusted her because I had received services before.Not thirty days later I went in and requested to remove the braces I asked before removing them again what would be the cost she said no more than $300Which was Too much but I agreededTurns out the total cost was over $1800.00Dollars for Lee than 30 days almost half the cost of the two year treatment…A complete ripoff.I have been trying to reasoning with them and negotiate with them to know prevailVer Very bad situation and customer service
