Nov 07, 2024 · Bob AbramsI have been going here for years and have always been pleased. I was used to paying a portion out of pocket, because delta dental of illinois does not cover everything. The old secretary was kind used to work with you on payment plans. They moved locations in the last couple years and things have changed. On our most recent visit I was extremely disappointed with the service and the cost. Both is my son's fillings fell out with in days of being put in, and the cost was astronomical, nothing compared to what it used to be. $3800 for 3 cleanings and 4 fillings for my 9 year old. Insurance covered $900. That is absurd. They said they would discount it a bit, but I got a bill for the full amount. I will never go here again, because who can afford that for 3 routine cleanings and 4 fillings, half of which fell out. I am sad about our experience and the customer service I received after the fact.
