I would give this place 15/10 stars if I could. There’s so many nice things I could say. From the first phone call, the ladies Dani and Ashley at the front desk were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They got me in in a timely manner and helped explain my insurance to me. Next, Vicky, the technician, was accommodating and made me feel so comfortable. She was easy to talk to and helped make sure that the service would be affordable for me— as I was experiencing a financial hardship. Next, Dr. Thomas-Glavin was immediately warm and welcoming. She made a decision that might have not benefited her to the best extent but instead did what was the best for ME. She went above and beyond to get me taken care of on the same day of service, as she was aware I drove an hour and a half to get there. The next day, I even got a phone call asking if I was healing up okay. I could not recommend this place enough, they were my saving grace when I needed them and I will even continue to travel an hour and a half to continue my service there because I enjoyed it so much!
