This was my first time at this office and absolutely loved it!! I have bad dentist anxiety and everybody made me feel really comfortable and at ease. The assistant, hygienist, dentist, and receptionist all explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions/concerns. The whole staff was super friendly. There was zero wait time, they got me started as soon as I checked in. They offer payment plans which is beautiful and they are not booked out super far which is also nice! I look forward to getting my dental work done next week!

From the moment I walked in the Staff at Velux were so professional, flexible, and made obvious efforts to be transparent consistently. I set up the initial consultation appointment online but for some reason it never showed on system Despite that , they were able to still fit me in.The consultation went well.I was so comfortable the whole time and never feel judge .They have a variety of service options for various different dental needs. I did the all in 4 dental implant and overall experience was 10/10.My girl Melissa has been with me through it all and shes amazing by the way . She truly takes care of me and Dr Palmer is awesome .Honestly ,I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. The girls at the front desk to the dental assistant Melissa to Dr Palmer treated me with such kindness and patience. I will never go anywhere else they made me feel very cared for. I have new sets of teeth with zero pain and overall the best experience 🙏🏽.
