I went to this clinic 2 years ago for a cleaning and a dentist appointment. I know this review is late, but 2 years later, my tooth still hurts.The cleaning was great, efficient and the person doing it was lovely.However the dentist appointment with Parisa Mehdian was one of the worst experiences of my life.After taking x-rays, she said I had 2 small cavitites and we scheduled an appointment to seal them. I have to clarify that at this moment, none of my teeth hurt and had never had tooth pain before.She did the procedure on one of my teeth and after a week my it was still hurting. I came back for a follow up procedure to see what was going on and she tried to fix it without any success. I wnt back for a third follow up and my tooth was still hurting after a month and she still could not fix it. I got to say that at this point her attitude was horrible towards me. She seems like she had no answers to where the pain was coming from and at some point even dared to blame it on me. I must clarify again, before going to her I had NO PAIN AT ALL. After the 4th appointment with her having no clue what happened she said I may have to a ROOT CANAL! I went to the dentist with no pain and came out having to do a ROOT CANAL. I wish it would end up there but at that point she said she could not do anything else for me and referred me to a ''specialist''. The worst of it all was her attitude towards me just horrible manners.I went to the ''soecialist' that she recommended that charged me 160 dollars for an appointment that went like this:- I entered the room, he sat me down on the chair, he asked me to tell him the problem, opened my mouth for less than 30 seconds and said to come back in 6 months if it was still hurting. Charged me. the appointment didnt last more than 10 minutes.For me I just felt absolutely scammed. They were so quick to drain my insurance number. I would not recommend this to anyone. Choose another dentist.

The best dentist by far in the city. Her work is very precise. The equipment is top notch and the quality of the services they provide from teeth cleaning to cavities to root canals or crowns is 5 ⭐️! There’s also a TV in the ceiling with Netflix on! Nice touch to distract nervous clients like myself. My whole family has been coming here for years and loves coming to see the friendly staff and gentle hands of the techs here. I’ve been to few dentists in the past and their quality of work is unmatched. Just amazing at what they do! Kudos to the team from the front to the back! Highly recommended for people who value their oral health long term.

This is by far the best dental clinic I've ever been to and Dr Parisa is the nicest dentist I've ever entrust my teeth with.I had a lot of work done there in a month and a half and I am someone who is usually terrified by dentistry.It's the 1st time in my life that I didn't go to a dental clinic with this terrible feeling. Quite the contrary actually.The team is so nice, they make you feel amazing as soon as you push the door, the clinic is spotless, the view is amazing, it really deserves its name of "spa".Dr Parisa treated several cavities but most importantly, she changed my smile by replacing my 12 years old front veneers and crowns with beautiful, natural new ones and the whole process was painless. ( see before and after pics)Even when it was time to freeze me, no pain.Moreover, she was the most understanding dentist, constantly following up and making me feel like I was the only client in her clinic ( and I know I'm not, these ladies work constantly!).I'll stop here because I could right 2 pages about this place and these awesome human beings but I am forever grateful and I'll never dread another dentist appointment again! I am sooo happy with the results!PS: you'll get the best cleanings over there as well, no more getting tortured on the chair!

I've been to Dental Spa 4 times already. Both Ray Ann and Lisa at the front desk are great. The first two hygienist I dealt with, either Kat or Steph, were excellent with the cleaning work they did in my mouth. Ayleen and Dr Parisa are also really good at what they do. Unfortunately, my most recent visit at Dental Spa was very unpleasant. The new hygienist, Jessica, did my cleaning. This person right off the bat was nervous and frantic with me. She was also very rude and did not understand english very well. She rushed through my cleaning very fast. I know very well she did not do a proper job. At the end of the cleaning, she only flossed in between 3 of my teeth and she didn't even put the floss all the way down in between the teeth. Just sheer laziness. I will go back to Dental Spa in the future, but I will only have Steph or Kat do my cleaning the next time around.

Fantastic dentist! Dr. Parisa Mehdian not only has a gorgeously appointment office overlooking Downtown Vancouver and The North Shore, but her staff are by far the most accommodating, friendly, helpful people around. Everyone from her receptionists (big shout out to Lisa who has the most patience in the world), to her assistant, and her dental hygienist - work seamlessly together to provide an exceptional, stress free experience for their patients.Dr. Parisa, herself, is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable doctor, and I would recommend her to even the most sensitive person. She explains everything, is calm, and really knows what she is doing.I have had cleanings, fillings, a crown and even extractions done at this clinic and the whole team has always been wonderful.Do not hesitate to book here!
