I am a first time patient because my insurance is accepted here, and all the ladies here are super sweet and accommodating! I love that I didn't have to wait months to get an appointment which I was super surprised by. Doctor Denise and Gosia were great and thorough at explaining my treatment plans as well and Maria was very helpful and kind, especially first thing in the morning!

My family and I have been coming to Tri-City for three years, and have loved the dental care we've received. They are thorough and present options when needed, but I've never felt pushed to get something that wasn’t required, unlike at some other dentists I’ve seen in the past. Overall, highly recommend.

Very bad service, Starting with office manager and lack of any attention to detail and billing. 1st visit for my father an Army Veteran and in need of care. 2 extractions were treatment planned and never sent out for ins approval as of Oct.14.No follow up or call of explanation from anyone. would not recommend this office

Usually I have a good experience, unfortunately the last one was not the case. Taking some X-rays took some time and multiple tries; some misshaps during the cleaning process and personal file mixing. Not the best experience. Hope next time goes better.
