I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal. While Dr. Simon seems to have done a fine job, I could not get past how rude he was to his staff. He constantly berated the dental assistant helping him and was unkind to the others working. When I went back to my dentist and was asked how the visit was, the dental hygienist confirmed that the employees are not treated well. I cannot support someone like this even if the work he did was effective. There are plenty of kind endodontists in SF to give business to.

Undergoing a root canal retreatment was never on my list of pleasant experiences—typically fraught with anxiety, and unease. However, my recent visit to Stonestown Endodontics completely changed that perception.From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine care, respect, and professionalism. Despite a minor scheduling hiccup, Jessica handled the situation with remarkable efficiency and grace. Her swift action ensured I was still able to be squeezed in for both the consultation and the procedure without unnecessary delays.Dr. Harley Grandin and team demonstrated outstanding expertise and I could tell I was in good hands. They conducted x-rays and prepared me for the procedure. Dr. Grandin took the time to clearly explain the process and presented two treatment options, showcasing his dedication to patient education and informed decision-making. Throughout the root canal, he was a total pro and it was evident he truly loves his work. He kept me informed with updates on the progress, even adding a personal touch by saying "Touchdown" as he neared completion...I thought this was great since I am a football fan.Upon finishing the procedure, Dr. Grandin and staff provided clear guidance on post-treatment care and what to expect next. The entire experience felt like a flawlessly orchestrated performance, leaving me not only relieved with the successful treatment but also genuinely appreciative of the exceptional care I received.Thank you, Stonestown Endodontics, for transforming a typically daunting dental procedure into a positive and comfortable experience!

Had a root canal performed by Dr. Grandin. Was an amazing painless experience, so impressed with his confidence and ability. The local anesthesia was completely painless (shaking my cheek) no pain afterwards only needed a day of 200mg advil. Dont heaitate the pain of decayed teeth is a million times worse than this painless procedure. 10/10 recommend!!
