It has been three days since I received my partial. The plastic has been rubbing against my gums, food has made it way under the partial denture. Something I wasn't aware of, because I didn't get a consultation. Not anything to inform me of this new experience. I was told to go online to get literature when I ask for it. Surely I purchased the partial to advance my chewing and digestion. If I had known I had to remove the denture everytime after I've eaten, I would have been better informed. I am trying to wrap my mind why did I make the purchase. The partial is for two missing teeth on the side of my mouth. I thought it would be a much better investment.

First time visit. Everyone was pleasant. They quoted me a price of 151 dollar Co payment and that was fine. After the procedure it was a different price. New price over 200 dollars. I put it on my credit card . I was told they forgot to add a portion of my services, they should have told me before they started the work. What if I didn't have it ? I'm just saying.

Most caring genuine folks I have ever met at a dental office. Made me feel very relaxed, almost like I was part of the family. Dr. Steven's ministrations were expert, professional and care driven. You would be hard pressed to find a better dental staff in the area.

I really like Dr. Stevens. She is well trained in a variety of dental procedures, kind of making it a one stop shop. However, I would like to see a dental hygienist added to the staff. The main negative for me is that It never fails that someone on staff will have a surly attitude 🙄
