Worst amazon drop off services. Dropped a package off and the lady there was super rude. I asked to see if she can get rid of a box for me instead she was likw we don't take boxes and then looked at me saying don't drop it in the trash. Saying take your box and toss it out yourself. They have a huge trash bin and can't help get rid of a box. I think I'll find else where to drop my packages elsewhere

I bought a HP laptop i7 from staples six months ago.. it had an offer but still $600. Few months after using it I hear noises coming from inside the laptop and my touchpad stops working suddenly. For example if I wanted to select Microsoft word, the cursor clicks on something else and it selects excel instead… it was driving me crazy. This happened to me during an exam and I couldn’t finish it on time. It’s very upsetting and dangerous.. the computer gets hot faster. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM STAPLES NEITHER HP LAPTOPS AGAIN. It’s like a scam to me. Even with warranty they told me to contact HP support service and the technical team of HP asked me to pay further $30-$40 for technical support. Buy Apple, it’s the safest. More cost but worth it.

My office manager called the store today and spoke with a young lady named Lori. She assured my manager she knew exactly what we need. When I drive down 29 minutes later Lori greeted me with the earnest personality you want from someone in the customer service industry. She got me the fax/copy/scanner that I needed Lori was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made my experience with Staples the best I ever had. This young lady is the perfect example of true professional ism and customer service. I hope her manager and or corporate office sees this and gives her a huge raise.
