I came in with a broken filling. I was told that I needed 2 root canals and 2 crowns and the procedure would take 2.5 hours. The day of the procedure, the dentist was late arriving to the office. Then he told me we would only do 1 root canal. Halfway through the 4 HOUR procedure he left the room to see another patient for an exam. During the entire procedure he and his assistant were fumbling through drawers looking for instruments. He took the grinder to my gums then let the nurse try to stop the bleeding. After all of that, he screwed up the mold for my crowns so I had to come back in, get my teeth ground again, and lose another 10 days of work ( i travel so i had to postpone a business trip to wait for the new crowns). $2,100 out of pocket and $2,500 of lost wages and my teeth hurt worse now than before. The only competent person in that office is Brittany up front.
