Everything seemed fine, except for a little snootyness from the actual dentists there. Anyways when I went in to try my dentures in wax fitting, before they sent dentures of to be finalized. When I tried the wax fittings on it actually hurt because there was a bump in the wax that caused me some pain while trying them out. I told the dentist this and he just shrugged me off, So now when I wear my dentures I feel this little bump which hurts alot. So now because the doctor didn't listen to me I have to live with this pain when I eat my dentures to just eat, and then take them right out because of the incompetent of the dentist.This actually happens about a year and a half ago. When I called and told them about the recurring situation they sloppy told me my insurance wouldn't allow me to get them fixed.How about this, maybe if you dentist's at silvercreek dental would listen then there wouldn't be disgruntled customers.Also I found out through a message from an employee at silvercreek that because I was on Medicaid insurance, that I'm not considered as priority, so they just treated me like cattle,, in and out...THANK YOU SO MUCH SILVERCREEK, NOW I STILL GOTTA WAIT FOR ANOTHER 8 YEARS TO GET MY DENTURES WORKED ON AND FIX THEM THE WAY THEY SHOULD BE.

I'm 73 yrs old and had to have 2 teeth pulled. The staff beginning with the service desk, was exceptional. The dental assistant and the dentist were all top notch. They made a scary visit less scary. Thank you.
