First time patient due to my previous orthodontist closing. I had a permanent retainer break and they got me in within 2 days and had me in and out of the office in 20 minutes. Doctor was knowledgeable and gave me multiple options for future care. Definitely will be returning!

This is the absolute BEST Orthodontist office! Everyone is always so kind from when you walk in the door to when you leave! We love Dr. Shirck all of his staff and especially Riley one of his amazing assistants!❤️

They are unorganized and unprofessional and seem shady. After our 1st consult one of the office staffers was hounding us on the phone to set up next apts and he had a attitude each time he called. They wanted all money upfront and said my insurance wouldn't cover a spacer for my son. Called my insurance company and they said yes they cover it and have the office send in a pre-approval. Shirck sent in the pre-approval and what you know it was approved for the full amount they were asking for. Called and set up the corresponding 3 apts with them and delt with the insurance handler and she said would just have to sign paperwork and would be zero balance.1 hour later the Mr attitude office staffer calls and says I need to pay up front and get my money back later once is all done. Got transferred to the office manager and she said it is their policy to have everyone pay up front then wait for a refund check. Get your whole staff trained and on the same page. I'm not a bank and giving out a interest free loan to a Orthodontist office and have to keep track and hope I get all of my money back months later. Wonder how many people never get their money back or have to call and raise a fit to get their hard earned money back. Would recommend anyone looking for a Orthodontist to go somewhere else that is more concerned about the patient than worried about money. You reply with a condescending response of sorry I had a bad experience with someone else and it's your policy. Makes you look and sound even worse. I haven't had a bad experience with anyone else wanting payment ahead even though is covered 100% by insurance. Kinda like taking your car into a dealership under warranty and you need your engine replaced and them saying you have to pay us $27,000 for the job and we'll give you back the money when we get paid for it, you would tell them to shove it. You didn't have a reply to why you insurance person said I would have a zero balance and would just need to sign and would be good. If she would have said needed to pay and get reimbursed later would have not scheduled and been on my way with no issue. Your office called and texted my wife so much after our initial consultation she had to block your number and I had to take over dealing with your office. If you want to reply and make snarky comments make sure you reply to all the reasons. I hope my business you lost from my 2 sons and hopefully people that read this and choose not to do business with you was worth it.
