One specific hygienist who cleaned my teeth last week is terrible! In the beginning, I mistakenly sat on the Hygienist seat, when she saw me, she asked me:" you think you should sit here?" in a very stern and unfriendly tone. I apologized, but she still said sth harsh then, covered it with:" I'm just joking!" the whole teeth clean process is really rough, and during the process, she sensed my nervousness. She said:" you know what I can make you even more nervous, then, said sth very offensive and grotesque: "oh, no! Water broke!" Of course she covered it with "I'm just joking again. By the way, I'm not pregnant and in a nomal shape. What if I'm really a pregnant patient? I will be super panicked! After the teeth clean, I wanted to swish my mouth. However, I didn't know how to turn on the tap water (need to press the sink cabinet's door), she showed it to me impatiently, and may laughed at me when I was still there. I use "may", because I heard her say to her colleague: "It's so funny, " then, suddenly lower her intensity. After I went back home, I found that there were 2 drops of red stains on the collar of my layer clothes, not sure if it's washable... My teeth are still sensitive now. I had visited this dental clinic several times, only this time is utterly horrible!

They are always so friendly and welcoming and always fix what is causing me problems. I feel very special. The ladies are very helpful and friendly and caring at the front desk. And Dr Karro is amazing and very caring and concerned with any problems and is always ready and welling to fix the problem as quickly and caring as he can. I did visit the office today as I needed a urgent check up. All the staff in the front desk were very friendly. Dr Poulos' assistant was very friendly and have very good listening skills, and and Dr Poulos is an excellent professional who is very honest and really care about your needs. I do recommend him and this office 100%.

we have been with Richmond Central Dental for over 2 years now and allI could say is that they have always been amazingly exceptional right from the start. All the staff are highly commendable for all the they do, even before you enter and right before you leave. Definitely the best. ♥️
