Very professional staff and hard working, it starts in the front of the building behind the desk and ends in the back rooms. Courteous, polite and attentive, English and Spanish spoken fluently. Highly recommend everyone to go in and register if you can, you will be very well taken care of

I had an amazing experience at Revere Dentistry and Braces! Natasha and Carlos were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit, and their attention to detail is unmatched. Natasha was amazing and super friendly! She makes you feel so comfortable. Carlos is thorough with his cleaning and did a great job. The place was clean plus they had a great playlist.

The tech today was in such a rush with everything the minute I got called back. She begins working in my mouth without telling me what she is doing. She says follow her to get the x-ray…as she’s walking away. By the time I get out the chair and in the hallway (just a few steps) I can’t see her, luckily I know where to go. Why wouldn’t you look back to make sure the patient is behind you? Then once the x-ray is complete I take ONE step back to fully back out of the machine and turn towards her to allow her to take the vest off, but before I could even take another step and turn towards her she rushes to take the vest off of me and the entire velcro of the vest sticks to the side of my hair. She proceeds to pull while I’m pulling opposite, holding it to my head because I feel it ripping from my scalp! She was no help in taking it off, didn’t slow down to do it little by little because it HURT and was ripping my hair from my scalp. She had no sympathy, never apologized and just switched me to another tech after I said to slow down and stop rushing. No one else spoke to me about it or apologized on her behalf. Definitely plan to switch locations going forward.
