I have been coming to this dentist office for about 8 years and when Dr. Madison sold his practice, I was a little nervous about the transition. My first visit back in April was a little alarming because I didn't realize the change had happened. There was so much more advanced technology that caught me by surprise, but everyone at the front desk and in every procedure was kind, careful and informative. Dr. Karbasi's passion for dental health is obvious in his enthusiastic explanations of procedures and why they're needed. He explains exactly what will happen before it happens and is incredibly patient with my tagalong kids.I had an excellent experience with my dental hygienist Miriam who was exceptionally gentle and considerate of my gum sensitivity. She asked questions about what I'd been told by my previous hygienists so that I had the information to maintain my oral health without repeating old information. I never felt judged or lectured. Nicole was equally gentle and considerate during a follow-up.I'm looking forward to continued dental care with Reston Heights Dental.
