I was visiting family and had a dental emergency with a temporary crown that had fallen off. Not only were they able to see me the next day, on Christmas Eve, but they were able to give me a permanent crown same day. The process was quick and everyone was so nice. Dr. Chiang is so patient, she took time to answer all my questions and ensured I was always comfortable. I wish this was my normal dentist office and I’ve already recommended them to my family in Redmond. Highly recommend!

The entire experience at Redmond Modern Dentistry was outstanding, I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care I received. The front desk staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Melissa did an amazing job assisting with help and many questions. The care from the dentists, Dr. Chiang and surgeon Dr. Garazov alongside hygienists was exceptional. Their explanations and attention to detail went above and beyond. They all provided amazing service overall, would highly recommend.

I hadn’t been diligent with my dental hygiene and hadn’t visited a dental clinic in the past two years. When I approached Redmond Modern Dentistry, I was hoping to find a doctor who was gentle, skilled, efficient, and friendly.A Christmas miracle must have happened because I met Dr. Alethea Chiang. They were incredibly patient and gentle with my tender teeth and gums. I underwent SRP (scaling and root planing), and while there was some discomfort (as expected), it was far less painful than previous experiences with other dentists.No one asked me to write this review—I’m doing it because Dr. Chiang is simply the best dentist I’ve encountered, and I believe more people should know about her exceptional care.

I came in with severe dental anxiety needing a root canal and the team at Redmond Modern Dentistry was incredibly accommodating. Dr. Chiang reassured me through every step and worked quickly to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable for too long. The team allowed me to bring my partner, my noise cancelling headphones, and a weighted stuffed animal. I’m so sorry but I forget the receptionist’s name, but she was so sweet and kind and helped me fill out my consent paperwork and set up a payment plan ahead of time so I could take anti anxiety medication on the days of the procedure. Dr. Chen was my endodontist and was also amazing. I barely felt a thing during the root canal.I cannot express enough how grateful I am to this team. Going to the dentist may not be a huge deal for some, but if you struggle with it at all, I highly recommend visiting this office. Thank you to everyone who helped me get through this procedure. I greatly appreciate you all.
