Billing is a joke here it's like I'd rather do my own billing and than call them with the outcome let's just say it takes months to get auths approved for URGENT matters like crowns that cracked, like come on we can't all be paying $1,000 of dollars up front just for you to reimburse us later which has been your latest trend because your billing office can't seem to get it together. The last time I even had a cleaning done I left with my mouth feeling not cleaned as they normally used to. The last time I had a good experience here is when I came to get fitted for a custom mouth guard and that's the only reason why I'm giving the 1star after years of being a patient. It's so disappointing to see a practice that once upon a time used to take the time out with its patience and actually cared about us during our Apts and everytime I've had an apt time it's just social hour for everyone in the office and noone cares about the one in the chair.
